1. Service Description
WheresMyAudience provides custom audience research reports ("Reports"). Each Report is manually researched based on the information you provide about your niche, business, or target audience.
2. Orders and Delivery
Reports are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your order and niche information.
Reports are delivered via email to the address you provide at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to order volume.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Gumroad.
All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is required in full before work begins on your Report.
4. "5 New Places" Guarantee
If your Report does not contain at least 5 communities you've never heard of where your target audience gathers, we will create a second Report exploring a different angle of your niche at no additional charge. To claim this guarantee:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your Report.
Briefly explain which communities you were already aware of.
We will create and deliver your second Report within 48 hours.
5. Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once research has begun. However:
If we cannot deliver a Report that meets our quality standards for your niche, we will offer a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your Report, please contact us. We will work with you to address your concerns or provide a refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon delivery and payment, you receive full rights to use your Report for your business purposes.
You may not resell or redistribute Reports as a product or service.
The WheresMyAudience name, logo, and website content remain our property.
7. Limitations
Reports provide research and recommendations only. Results from using the information depend on your execution.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, sales, or audience growth.
Community information is accurate at time of research but may change as communities evolve.
